University admission procedure

  • All applicants must have completed secondary education. We require documents with an apostille translated into Polish (possibly into English, but the cost of the translation will be re-invoiced).
  • We require documents certifying knowledge of the language in which the studies are conducted (usually English).
  • Proof of payment of the registration/entry fee, proof of payment of the adaptation/administrative fee (if required) and fees.
  • The registration/entry fee ranges from EUR 100 to EUR 500 depending on the university and the field of study.
  • Once the documents have been sent, the process begins. Copies of the documents will be sent to the Rector's Office in order to qualify for studies and the originals will be nostrified by us at the education authority. The process takes between 1 and 2.5 months.
  • The school year starts in 2 rounds - winter around March and autumn - October. Not all courses start in March.
  • The cost of studies depends on the university, city and field of study. Tuition fees start at €2,700 per year, detailed price list below.
